Did Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Pass Away Last Week?
OF course around the year 2019>>>>>????
According to multiple conservative websites, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away quietly last week.
For the first time in her 25-year career on the Supreme Court, Ginsburg was not on the bench at the start of the new year.
The news media reported the 85-year-old justice decided to "work from home" after undergoing surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her lungs in December.
The tumors were discovered by her doctors soon after Ginsburg fell at home and fractured three ribs. Ginsburg had previous bouts with colon and pancreatic cancer in 1999 and 2009 - suggesting the cancer metastasized (spread from one part of her body to another).
Since the start of the new year, there have been scant reports in the news about Ginsburg. No pictures of her working from home; no video conferencing images to confirm she is still alive.
Then, on Monday, Jan. 21, Fox News' daytime talk show Fox & Friends briefly mentioned Ginsburg's passing by airing the above graphic bearing the dates of the justice's birth and death. About 20 minutes later Fox & Friends co-hosts Steve Doocy and Ainsley Earnhardt apologized for accidentally airing the graphic.
"We need to apologize," Doocy told viewers. "A technical error in the control room triggered a graphic of Ruth Bader Ginsburg with a date on it. We don't want to make it seem anything other than that was a mistake. That was an accident."
Earhardt added it was a "big mistake."
But conservative bloggers aren't buying their explanation. The bloggers say Fox News and other media outlets conspired to conceal Ginsburg's death from the public in order to prevent President Donald Trump from appointing another conservative judge to the Supreme Court.
If true, this is the biggest media cover-up in US history. or is it really ?
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent surgery to remove cancerous tumors in her lung, according to published reports.
Ginsberg, 85, was hospitalized in November after breaking 3 ribs during a fall in her office at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
The Supreme Court issued a statement on Friday morning, saying Ginsberg underwent surgery to remove cancerous lung tumors and there was no evidence of cancer anywhere else in her body.
Ginsburg fractured three ribs on her left side in November. She was admitted to a hospital for observation, but the Supreme Court delayed issuing a statement until a week after she was discharged home.
Ginsberg also broke 2 ribs during a fall in June 2012. She is the oldest justice on the Supreme Court and the second of four women to serve on the nation's highest court.
Ginsberg was heavily criticized by members of Congress and the public for not retiring while former President Barack Obama was still in office so he could pick her successor.
So far, President Trump has chosen Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace retired Justice Anthony Kennedy. If Ginsberg is forced to retire for medical reasons, Trump will have the opportunity to appoint another conservative justice to the Supreme Court.
Ginsberg's ongoing health issues are a major concern for her supporters who fear that President Trump has already chosen her replacement in which he has already picked out.
So folks what do you think is going on?
